After registering your interest, the Harley team will work with you to start the onboarding process, where you will be asked a series of questions about your lifestyle, health and wellness history as well as your personal and professional aspirations. 

Post the completion of the onboarding process,  we will provide you with a personalised customer care plan. As part of the care plan, you will be assigned a dedicated customer concierge who will be your point of contact working closely with you along with a lead general physician supported by a group of health and wellness professionals.

Depending on your needs, the team will regularly assess your health and wellness journey in one-on-one call. So you will know what is working and what is not, and the professionals will be able to make appropriate changes to your personalised care plan.
